Dublin 1 is the postcode north of the Liffey that contains some of Ireland's most significant office addresses alongside some of its most compelling emerging value opportunities. The IFSC - Ireland's financial centre - and the North Docks development represent one end of the spectrum. The north city centre around Parnell Street represents the other.
The market is held back by perception more than by reality.
